Abstract

The article considers the problematics of professional socialization of young specialists in the context of the formation of Industry 4.0. It is found that one of the effective mechanisms for the professional socialization of young specialists constitutes the policy of corporate social responsibility (CSR), the implementation of which allows creating the necessary conditions for the realization of the potential of young specialists. Analysis of the genesis of CSR and its key components, their implementation in Russian and foreign experience shows that the implementation of the policy and principles of CSR in relation to young employees not only meets challenges of professional socialization, but also has an economic effect for the company. It was revealed that solving the issues of forming and developing the cultural field of the youth environment for the purposes of professional socialization requires a comprehensive and systematic approach within the framework of the formation of internal CSR policy aimed at integrating basic areas in the field of work with personnel.

Abstract

The article considers the issues of qualitative changes occurring in modern management systems in Russia. It analyses the key aspects of the formation of managerial systems and the factors influencing their transformation. It is shown that in modern conditions the vector of influence on management systems represents a synthesis of global factors, primarily business digitalization, and factors reflecting the specific conditions of the Russian economy, undergoing large-scale restructuring as a result of the sanctions war.

The identified aspects of influence that led to structural and organizational changes allowed for elaborating recommendations to improve the management system reengineering processes, taking into account the economic, organizational and socio-cultural specifics of the organization.

Abstract

The article considers the genesis of research on the essence of intellectual capital. It shows the process of transformation in scientific approaches to studying the phenomenon and identifies the factors of socio-economic development that have influenced both intellectual capital itself and the scientific reflection that has led to the emergence of new approaches and concepts. It is determined that the development of scientific thought has brought about qualitatively new interpretations of the conceptual essence of intellectual capital, its structure, and forms of functioning. The article identifies key aspects of the development of the digital economy, within which new components have formed in the structure of intellectual capital. Those transformations imply the need for an interdisciplinary study that takes into account the factors and strategies of digital economy development. It is concluded that the study of intellectual capital in modern conditions should be linked to the trends in digital transformation of economic entities.

Abstract

This article proposes a comprehensive approach to assessing the innovation activity of integrated corporate structures within the context of cooperation. It introduces a methodology allowing for objective and holistic evaluation of both external and internal cooperative interactions in terms of their impact on innovation outcomes. An integral indicator has been developed, encompassing key dimensions of cooperation, thereby opening up new opportunities for informed managerial decisions and strategies aimed at enhancing innovation growth. The findings are applicable for improving competitiveness and sustainable development of integrated corporate entities amid rapid technological changes and intensifying global competition.

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical foundations for assessing the performance of community management implementation in the international business of Russian organizations. It carries out a theoretical and applied analysis of contemporary literature and the practical experience of Russian companies implementing community management in international activities. The author provides her distinction between the notions of criterion, indicator, and assessment tool in the context of community management. Key success criteria, corresponding indicators, and applied measurement tools are proposed. A classification scheme of those elements is presented, and the differences between them are substantiated. In conclusion, recommendations for evaluating the performance of communities in international practice are formulated, and the role of community management in enhancing companies’ loyalty and competitiveness at the global level is emphasized.

Abstract

In modern conditions, traditional methods of company management are giving way to intelligent systems, including those using agent-based artificial intelligence. The paper notes that the technology offers a fundamentally new approach to automation, data analysis and decision-making, ensuring high adaptability, speed and efficiency of management. The main areas of application of the innovative tool, as well as the reasons for the growing popularity of its use in practice, including in the personnel management system of modern companies, are highlighted. A comparative analysis of the use of agent-based AI and classical management techniques in the personnel management system is carried out, a matrix is built and it is based on the criteria of costs, speed and quality of decision-making.

As the main advantages of using such technologies the article highlights the scalability, minimization of the human factor, and real-time operation. An innovative approach to personnel management by means of autonomous agents is becoming a unique tool for optimizing HR processes at all levels.

Abstract

The paper deals with the study of modern approaches to forming international company alliances in conditions of digital transformation and geopolitical instability. The work analyzes key trends including the impact of digital technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data) on alliance management, development of the hybrid and network cooperation models as well as the influence of geopolitical factors (sanctions, protectionism, changing priority markets).

Based on analysis of industry dynamics (2018–2023) and geographical distribution of alliances, patterns of their formation in different regions (Europe, Asia, North America) have been identified.

Successful and unsuccessful alliances (Renault-Nissan, Siemens-Alstom, Russian-Chinese projects) are considered as case studies, allowing assessment of key effectiveness factors for international partnerships. Research findings can be used by companies when developing strategies for international cooperation and also present interest for further scientific research in global economy and corporate governance areas.

Abstract

The article deals with international legal norms and cooperation of States in the field of counter-terrorism. The threat of terrorism has become global and, with the increasingly acute competition for raw materials, the issue is acquiring paramount importance to the international community. The current way to counter the spread of terrorism, including Islamic terrorism, is to implement and maintain multilateral contacts between countries within borders established not only by international universal organizations, regional international organizations to ensure that international legal norms and relations are active and effective.

It should be borne in mind that the Collective Security Treaty Organization (hereinafter CSTO) was created to protect the interests of Russia and of member countries from terrorist and extremist attacks.

The states that joined the CSTO are taking significant action to ensure their security and contribute to the development of humanity and modern civilization without threats from illegitimate terrorist and illegal groups that are engaged in the dissemination of dangerous forms of destructive behavior called terrorism and extremism and the threat of its spread, as they have at their disposal the relevant security agencies and as they signed and ratified in their territories International legal treaties and obligations.

The article pays special attention to considering the basis of Russia’s national security and its correlation with the objectives proclaimed in the CSTO Charter. The geopolitical challenges facing us today occupy a very important place in the activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

Abstract

Organization and holding of the scientific and practical conference “Demographic Challenges of Formation of Sovereign Social Economy in Russia” by the Institute of Social and Economic Sciences of the Russian State University for the Humanities. The directions and topics of the conference are concerned with current state and regional issues of social economy, focused on demographic trends, family values and migration processes in modern Russia. The demographic vector of the conference was set towards statistics. The conference participants announced the results of the study.
