Abstract

The introduction of artificial intelligence systems in the financial industry is introducing revolutionary changes in the way information is analyzed, presented and managed. Machine learning is a type of artificial intelligence that allows it to learn and improve autonomously. Unlike traditional hard programming techniques, machine learning uses neural networks and deep learning to work with large amounts of data to identify patterns and anomalies. The hypothesis of the study is that the financial sphere is characterized by its own methods of applying AI, relying on the most common ones, but differing from them. The purpose of the work is to systematize the ways of using artificial intelligence models in financial institutions in the context of structural divisions. The use of artificial intelligence allows financial institutions to create models aimed at solving specific issues in a constantly updated information environment. In accordance with the objective, the paper addresses the following tasks: a general description of the tasks solved by AI and the advantages and disadvantages of AI application; characterization of the prevalence of artificial intelligence systems in the financial sphere; characterization of the areas of application of artificial intelligence in the financial sphere. To complete the work, the author used methods of information synthesis, source analysis, classification, and comparative analysis methods.

Abstract

Human potential in the 21st century has become one of the main factors for the success of companies and countries. In today’s economy, the importance of employees, their creativity and ability to generate ideas, is only increasing. Global challenges, like the COVID-19 pandemic and complex geopolitical instability have brought new challenges for businesses, including relocation and outflow of specialists, key personnel retention and labor market  shortages. To successfully overcome those challenges, companies have to implement comprehensive strategies focused on employee development, strengthening corporate culture and the use of modern technologies, including digitalization of HR processes. In that process, HR consultants play a crucial role. They help businesses in adapting to changes, implementing innovative management models and creating competitive advantages. The history of consulting as an industry spans centuries, reflecting the transition from a scientific organization of work to modern approaches that integrate data analytics, sustainability and digital transformation. The evolution of consulting shows how important it is especially during times of fast changes and new challenges. Transformation makes HR consulting not only a tool for solving shortterm tasks, but also a strategic partner capable of shaping the sustainable future of companies in the face of global change.

Abstract

The presented research considers issues of the development of the Russian industrial economy in modern conditions. Due to the imposition of sanctions against Russia, the withdrawal of foreign companies and a reduction in imports, national producers have found themselves in a difficult situation. The issue of import substitution and restoration of production has been particularly acute in the automotive industry. Parallel imports, Chinese manufacturers, and the home auto industry have helped rebuild the automotive business. In a short time, it was necessary to resolve the issue of providing the country with vehicles of its own production. The article identifies the challenges that arise in the automotive industry, the factors that influence the increase in prices for car parts. Previously, the state reimbursed dealers for scrap collection in the form of subsidies, depending on the localization of production, currently it is assumed that sellers will include the non-refundable cost in the cost of the car. In the near future, one should not expect lower prices in the automotive industry. The authors conducted a study of the Government Decree and calculated the changes in the recycling fee and its impact on the increase in car prices in the future. The article considers the concerns
of the automotive industry in Russia in 2024, as well as forecasts for 2025.
