The key to achieving the goal of any project is a qualified and motivated team of participants working on the project. Building an effective incentive and motivation system is one of the most difficult management tasks for a project manager. This article considers incentives that a project manager can use to motivate project staff. The article presents data from a survey of the project team members, which make it possible to assess their motivational preferences, as well as factors causing the greatest feeling of dissatisfaction.

Abstract

The article considers features of the professional competencies formation in the preparation of bachelors in “State and municipal management” in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart City’ ”. Abstract

The modern information space is characterized by the active and rapid formation of the network principle of interpersonal communications, which significantly changes the foundations of the communication process. Today, new technologies for creating information products are being actively developed. Information technology and innovation are becoming the main products of the post-industrial economy. Currently, the mechanism of trade transactions with those types of intangible goods is being fundamentally changed, people have the opportunity to choose sources of information, the number of channels is growing, etc. That ultimately leads to increased information openness of the world. The development of the Internet leads to an increase in interpersonal communications, and that, in turn, changes the public structure of society. The article attempts to analyse the understanding of the current changes that the information globalization entails.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of the stock market, its stages of development and the impact on the economic conjuncture of countries. The relevance of studies on the development of the stock market in modern realities is growing every day, the number of transactions also grows steadily despite the pandemic, and that forms huge cash flows.
The purpose of the study carried out in the article is not only to identify the influence of the stock market on the development of countries in modern conditions, but also to conduct a statistical analysis of data reflecting the state of the main stock exchange indices in a pandemic, as well as to assess the state of the securities market in 2019 and 2020 and work out forecasts for its future development.
Several methods were used in the work: analysis of official information sources, statistical observation (systematic collection of information), grouping of the source data, their graphical presentation, as well as building diagrams.

There has been a growing trend to introduce measures with reference to the protection of national security aiming at countering threats that may be associated with foreign investment. Given the role of international investment in alleviating the economic crisis, governments should continue to improve the investment climate while protecting their national security interests.

Abstract

The article describes the current state of the world energy market from the point of view of the production and consumption of energy resources. It considers the dynamics of the contribution of the world regions to the overall energy balance. It was noted that the trends of the EU countries are generally different from the rest of the world in favor of reducing the energy load, increasing energy efficiency and increasing the share of renewable resources. The author carried out an analysis of the EU energy structure in which the predominant share is assigned to “green” sources.
The fundamentals and key principles of energy cooperation and its impact on the economy of the EU countries are presented. Conclusions have been drawn about the most serious obstacles that hinder the spread of renewable energy: technical, administrative, economic. Prospects for the introduction of “green” initiatives in the EU countries are outlined.
