Рейтинги климатической амбициозности стран

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются подходы к оценке климатической амбициозности стран, соответствующие методические и ценностные аспекты. Под понятием климатической амбициозности страны (climate ambition) подразумевается амбициозность ее климатических целей и задач, в основном закрепленных в определяемых на национальном уровне вкладах. Приведены результаты оценок следующих рейтингов: Climate Action Tracker, Climate Change Performance Index, Bloomberg NEF “G20 Zero-Carbon Policy Scoreboard”. Особое внимание уделено оценке климатической амбициозности России и интерпретации оценок климатической амбициозности в контексте понятия «климатическая справедливость».
