Formation of professional competencies of students in the course of training in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart city’ ”

Abstract

The article considers features of the professional competencies formation in the preparation of bachelors in “State and municipal management” in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart City’ ”. Digital technologies and technologies necessary for their implementation are analyzed. Based on the “smart city” model, the Federal State Educational Standard and the requirements for specialists from employers, appropriate professional competencies are proposed, that students should acquire at RSUH within a course in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart City’ ”.
