Issues of deviant behavior among employees of organizations in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The article deals with an issue of deviant behavior. It includes a detailed description of the types of deviant behavior and the forms of its manifestation in an organization. As an example of the form of deviant behavior among employees of the banking sector, its impact on work processes is identified and described.
