Abstract
In modern conditions, traditional methods of company management are giving way to intelligent systems, including those using agent-based artificial intelligence. The paper notes that the technology offers a fundamentally new approach to automation, data analysis and decision-making, ensuring high adaptability, speed and efficiency of management. The main areas of application of the innovative tool, as well as the reasons for the growing popularity of its use in practice, including in the personnel management system of modern companies, are highlighted. A comparative analysis of the use of agent-based AI and classical management techniques in the personnel management system is carried out, a matrix is built and it is based on the criteria of costs, speed and quality of decision-making.
As the main advantages of using such technologies the article highlights the scalability, minimization of the human factor, and real-time operation. An innovative approach to personnel management by means of autonomous agents is becoming a unique tool for optimizing HR processes at all levels.
