В статье отмечается, что данная технология предлагает принципиально новый подход к автоматизации, анализу данных и принятию решений, обеспечивая высокую адаптивность, скорость и эффективность управления. Выделены основные сферы применения инновационного инструмента, а также причины роста популярности его использования на практике, в том числе в системе управления персоналом современных компаний. Проведен сравнительный анализ применения агентного ИИ и классических управленческих методик в системе управления персоналом, построена матрица по критериям затрат, скорости и качества принятия решений. В качестве основных преимуществ применения таких технологий выделены масштабируемость, минимизация человеческого фактора, работа в реальном времени. Инновационный подход к управлению персоналом с помощью автономных агентов становится уникальным инструментом для оптимизации HR-процессов на всех уровнях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In modern conditions, traditional methods of company management are giving way to intelligent systems, including those using agent-based artificial intelligence. The paper notes that the technology offers a fundamentally new approach to automation, data analysis and decision-making, ensuring high adaptability, speed and efficiency of management. The main areas of application of the innovative tool, as well as the reasons for the growing popularity of its use in practice, including in the personnel management system of modern companies, are highlighted. A comparative analysis of the use of agent-based AI and classical management techniques in the personnel management system is carried out, a matrix is built and it is based on the criteria of costs, speed and quality of decision-making.</p><p>As the main advantages of using such technologies the article highlights the scalability, minimization of the human factor, and real-time operation.
