Управление региональной экономикой при помощи ГИС-технологий

Аннотация
В данной статье рассматривается применение геоинформационных систем (ГИС) в управлении региональной экономикой. Исследуется широкий спектр вопросов использования ГИС для мониторинга и анализа окружающей среды, включая экологию, устойчивое развитие и зеленую экономику, прежде всего, возобновляемые источники энергии – приоритетные направления.
В статье обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с биоресурсами, водой, стихийными бедствиями. Рассматривается также применение ГИС в различных видах деятельности человека, включая сферу услуг, здоровье, социальный капитал. Подробно анализируется применение ГИС-технологий в различных индустриях, таких как бизнес, транспорт, туризм, сельское и лесное хозяйства, строительство, некоммерческими организациями. Показан ряд примеров нестандартного использования ГИС-методик, не вписывающихся в обычную классификацию. Отдельно обсуждаются особенности применения ГИС-технологий в России. В частности, отмечается недостаток таких исследований и необходимость увеличения усилий в данном направлении. В дискуссии также отмечаются перекосы в тематике исследований, связанные с политикой финансирования научных проектов в данной сфере.
В заключении авторы подводят итоги и обсуждают позитивные перспективы использования ГИС-технологий в управлении региональной экономикой, позволяющих оптимизировать решение целого ряда вопросов.
