Abstract

The article adresses the key aspects of synergetic management, within which qualitatively new approaches to the organization of modern economic entities are being formed. It is specified that in conditions of instability, crises and paradigm changes, any organization acting as an economic entity should be considered in the context of its social structure, the basic element of which is its personnel – the bearer of individual potential and culture. Positioning an organization as a social system puts forward qualitatively new management tasks, namely the creation of such conditions for the activities of personnel that will achieve a synergistic effect and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel through the integration of the totality of its potential, coordination of processes of self-organization and reproduction of internal resources at all levels. The authors also consider the conceptual characteristics of an organization as a social system, which make it possible to identify critical aspects and structure-forming imperatives of activity that ensure the functionality and sustainability of the organization. The authors indicated that their compilation into regulatory matrices determines the consistency of the actions of the activity subjects and creates the possibility of intensifying business processes through the cooperation of socio-cultural meanings and activity practices.
