This article proposes a comprehensive approach to assessing the innovation activity of integrated corporate structures within the context of cooperation. It introduces a methodology allowing for objective and holistic evaluation of both external and internal cooperative interactions in terms of their impact on innovation outcomes. An integral indicator has been developed, encompassing key dimensions of cooperation, thereby opening up new opportunities for informed managerial decisions and strategies aimed at enhancing innovation growth.
