Abstract

The article considers the issues of qualitative changes occurring in modern management systems in Russia. It analyses the key aspects of the formation of managerial systems and the factors influencing their transformation. It is shown that in modern conditions the vector of influence on management systems represents a synthesis of global factors, primarily business digitalization, and factors reflecting the specific conditions of the Russian economy, undergoing large-scale restructuring as a result of the sanctions war.

The identified aspects of influence that led to structural and organizational changes allowed for elaborating recommendations to improve the management system reengineering processes, taking into account the economic, organizational and socio-cultural specifics of the organization.
