Corporate social responsibility as a mechanism for professional socialization of young specialists

Abstract
The article considers the problematics of professional socialization of young specialists in the context of the formation of Industry 4.0. It is found that one of the effective mechanisms for the professional socialization of young specialists constitutes the policy of corporate social responsibility (CSR), the implementation of which allows creating the necessary conditions for the realization of the potential of young specialists. Analysis of the genesis of CSR and its key components, their implementation in Russian and foreign experience shows that the implementation of the policy and principles of CSR in relation to young employees not only meets challenges of professional socialization, but also has an economic effect for the company. It was revealed that solving the issues of forming and developing the cultural field of the youth environment for the purposes of professional socialization requires a comprehensive and systematic approach within the framework of the formation of internal CSR policy aimed at integrating basic areas in the field of work with personnel.
