Abstract

The paper considers the theoretical and methodological features of the formation and evolution of international alliances of companies in the modern global economy. The study focuses on organizational and managerial mechanisms that ensure the effective functioning of such alliances in conditions of growing competition and economic uncertainty. The authors analyze the key prerequisites for the creation of international alliances, including the desire to synergize resources, expand market presence and reduce transaction costs. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of managerial approaches when integrating companies into international alliances, including the issues of preserving corporate identity, distribution of authority and responsibility. The paper presents an analysis of modern trends in the development of international alliances in various sectors of the economy, and identifies factors that determine their sustainability and competitiveness. The applied significance of the study lies in formulating practical recommendations for creating an effective organizational and managerial mechanism for the functioning of international alliances, taking into account the cultural, legal and economic characteristics of the participating countries. An algorithm for the formation of an organizational and managerial mechanism for international alliances is proposed, consisting of five interrelated stages.
