Key prerequisites for sustainable development of producers in the mineral raw materials market

Abstract

In modern conditions, companies need to adapt their business models to ensure sustainable development. The article analyzes the sustainable development strategies of the FA company using the business model of Alexander Osterwalder. Detailed attention is paid to the key elements of the business model, such as: key activities, key partners, value propositions, customer relationships, consumer segments, key resources, sales channels, as well as cost structure and revenue streams.
