Abstract

In our country, special attention is currently paid to cultural and educational policy, the exhibition process is a significant tool for its implementation. Modern exhibitions use digital technologies, virtual solutions, which makes the organization process increasingly complex. The article deals with issues of the specifics in organizing exhibition and exposition projects and the use of project management techniques in that sphere. The basic principles of project management are universal for any project systems, but each direction has its own characteristics. For all types of project activities, a general system for constructing and managing a project system can be adopted, but for each area of project management, a special specific design technology can be distinguished. The work considers the main stages of preparing an exposition project, its planning, and the tools used.
