Abstract

In today’s dynamic business environment and the development of techniques and technologies, it is necessary to evolve tools and adapt classical methods of business model research to the needs of sustainable development and market challenges. The present article tests mathematical and statistical methods of analysis to identify the prerequisites for strategizing the sustainable development of the company. Based on Alexander Osterwalder’s business model, the main elements have been identified and prospective analysis tools have been tested, on the basis of which it is possible to present the strategic perspectives of companies.
