Abstract

The paper considers such a tool of corporate management as innovative outsourcing. In recent years, due to the intensification of digitalization processes in Russia, the use of innovative outsourcing has become increasingly relevant. The author highlights the main trends in the development of innovative outsourcing, which are due to changes in the economic environment, the development of technologies and changes in business needs. He shows that internal innovative outsourcing has the potential for further growth and development, since it helps enterprises and organizations to adapt to market conditions changing and successfully compete in the global economy. The main advantages of such partnerships with external outsourcers are outlined, since in conditions of economic uncertainty, outsourcing is becoming an attractive tool for optimizing costs and increasing business sustainability. However, despite the potential benefits, significant disadvantages are noted, the major ones are associated with an increased risk of information leaks and security breaches, as well as possible violations of intellectual property rights, labor laws and other legal norms. The article offers an algorithm for using innovative outsourcing for successful integration into the work of an organization in order to achieve competitive advantages, as well as to activate the processes of innovative business development.
