Digitalization of transport systems as a factor in increasing the efficiency of organizations in the conditions of modern economy

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the most important trends in the digital transformation of transport systems in the space of the modern economy development, to formulate proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of transport companies in the context of digital transformation. The methodological basis for the work was the use of a set of methods (analysis, synthesis, classification), which allowed to determine the most promising areas of digitalization in the field of transport activities, to propose ways for its further development. The author proposed to consider the cargo transportation management system as an area for creating a digital platform.
