Abstract

The article considers the issues of overcoming turbulent economic development by Russian enterprises, the period of occurrence of which coincided with measures to limit Russia’s economic sovereignty introduced by Western countries. New solutions are determined by emerging trends and create preconditions for additional spending for the development of individual solutions to overcome the circumstances of turbulent economic development. In addition, national organizations found themselves in a situation of varying degrees of preparedness for the emergence of post-normal conditions, which requires the use of individual response measures and the application of anticrisis management measures unique to each organization. In such conditions, state support based on effective financial policy becomes one of the key areas for overcoming the crisis.
