Автор осуществил обстоятельное исследование теоретических и практических проблем, связанных с интеграционными процессами в рамках ЕАЭС. Как справедливо отмечено в монографии, проблема исследования закономерностей и перспектив экономического, в том числе и энергетического, сотрудничества государств в условиях формирования региональных экономических союзов на постсоветском пространстве изучена не в полной мере. В работе эти процессы рассматриваются во взаимосвязи, что обусловливает новизну применяемого автором подхода.
The author has carried out a thorough study of theoretical and practical problems associated with integration processes within the EAEU. As rightly noted in the monograph, the problem of studying the patterns and prospects of economic, including energy cooperation between states in the context of the formation of regional economic unions in the post-Soviet space has not been fully studied. In this work, these processes are considered in interrelation, which determines the novelty of the approach used by the author.
