В статье рассматриваются особенности формирования профессиональных компетенций при подготовке бакалавров по направлению подготовки «Государственное и муниципальное управление», направленности «Управление “Умным городом”». Анализируются технологии, необходимые для их реализации. Исходя из модели «умного города», ФГОС и требований к специалистам со стороны работодателей предлагаются соответствующие профессиональные компетенции, которые должны приобрести студенты, освоив курс по направленности «Управление “Умным городом”» в РГГУ.

The article considers features of the professional competencies formation in the preparation of bachelors in “State and municipal management” in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart City’ ”. Digital technologies and technologies necessary for their implementation are analyzed. Based on the “smart city” model, the Federal State Educational Standard and the requirements for specialists from employers, appropriate professional competencies are proposed, that students should acquire at RSUH within a course in the academic discipline of “Management of a ‘Smart City’ ”.
