Статья раскрывает проблемы сотрудничества России и Китая на территории Арктики, а также показывает основной потенциал и перспективы сотрудничества России и Китая в Арктическом регионе.В статье рассмотрены три основных этапа сотрудничества: присоединение Китая к Арктическому совету в качестве наблюдателя; Северный морской путь, как основной доступ к судоходству; доступность к арктическим природным ископаемым – нефть и газ. По итогам анализа сделан вывод, что сотрудничество между двумя странами окажутся взаимовыгодными, а почв для разногласий будет меньше, чем взаимозависимых подходов к освоению Арктического региона.

This article reveals the issues of cooperation between Russia and China in the Arctic, and also shows the main potential and prospects for cooperation between Russia and China in the Arctic region. The article considers three main stages of cooperation: China’s accession to the Arctic Council as an observer; the Northern Sea Route as the main access to navigation; access to arctic natural resources-oil and gas.Following the analysis, it is concluded that cooperation between the two countries will be mutually beneficial, and there will be less ground for disagreements than for interdependent approaches to the development of the Arctic region.
