Статья посвящена изучению национальной практики управления объектами культурного наследия Исламской Республики Иран – одного из самых богатых культурно-историческими памятниками государств мира. На сайте Министерства культурного наследия, туризма и ремесел Ирана представлена очень ограниченная информация об охране памятников истории и культуры. Поиск зарубежных источников также выявил существенный дефицит данных об объектах культурного наследия Ирана, многие исследователи отмечают отсутствие полной достоверной базы, структурированной информации об объектах, большая часть которой является закрытой. Между тем Иран – страна с большим историко-культурным и туристическим потенциалом, в связи с чем необходимо совершенствование системы управления объектами культурного наследия государства. В процессе анализа были сформированы кейсы по управлению объектами культурного наследия на примере нескольких историко-культурных памятников Тегерана. Полученные рекомендации могут быть применены органами власти Исламской Республики Иран и других стран для повышения эффективности управления культурным наследием страны, коммерциализации объектов в целях использования для исследовательской и туристической деятельности.

The article deals with the study of the national practice of managing cultural heritage sites in the Islamic Republic of Iran, one of the richest countries in the world in terms of cultural and historical monuments. The website of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Iran provides very limited information on the protection of historical and cultural monuments. The search for foreign sources also revealed a significant deficit of data on Iran’s cultural heritage sites, many researchers note the lack of a complete reliable database, unstructured information on the sites, most of which is closed. Meanwhile, Iran is a country with great historical, cultural and tourist potential, and therefore it is necessary to improve the system of managing thecountry’s cultural heritage sites. In the process of analysis, cases were formed on the management of cultural heritage sites using the example of several historical and cultural monuments of Tehran. The recommendations obtained can be taken into account by the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other countries to improve the efficiency of managing the country’s cultural heritage, achieve a high level of commercialization of objects for use in research and tourism activities.
