Цель исследования заключается в разработке стратегических мероприятий по внедрению основополагающих цифровых инструментов в отрасли. Для проведения исследования были применены такие научные методы, как дедукция, анализ и синтез, обобщение, метод научных абстракций, исторический и логический анализ, системный подход. Исследованы ключевые тенденции и текущее состояние отрасли черной металлургии, выделены главные задачи для достижения структурной модернизации предприятий. Изучены основные этапы развития отрасли черной металлургии в контексте промышленных революций: особым образом выделены прорывные инновации для автоматизации производственных процессов в рамках Индустрии 4.0 – это киберфизические системы, аналитика больших данных и децентрализованные системы управления. С учетом национальных приоритетов развития Российской Федерации отмечена необходимость достижения устойчивости развития промышленных предприятий, в том числе в отрасли черной металлургии. Выделены актуальные ключевые проблемы в отрасли, и на их основе в заключении статьи определены необходимые мероприятия для их решения (такие, как внедрение цифрового оборудования для мониторинга и контроля всех производственных и управленческих процессов, а также создание комплексных автоматизированных систем управления для координации всех функциональных областей предприятия, специализирующегося в черной металлургии).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper considers the use of digital technologies to achieve and increase the level of sustainability of enterprises specializing in iron and steel industry. The aim of the study is to develop strategic activities for implementation of fundamental digital tools in the industry. To conduct the research, such scientific methods as deduction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, method of scientific abstraction, historical and logical analysis, system approach were applied. The key trends and current state of the iron and steel industry are studied, the main tasks for achieving structural modernization of enterprises are identified. The author studies the main stages of iron and steel industry development in context of industrial revolutions: breakthrough innovations for automation of production processes within Industry 4.0 are defined – such as cyberphysical systems, Big data analytics and decentralized management systems. Taking into account national development priorities of the Russian Federation, the need to achieve sustainable development of industrial enterprises, including the iron and steel industry, is determined.
