Статья рассматривает особенности развития торговых и инвестиционных связей между странами ЕАЭС и КНР в контексте сотрудничества и реализации инвестиционных и инфраструктурных проектов в рамках инициативы «Один пояс – один путь». Проанализирована динамика товарооборота и товарной структуры торговли между ЕАЭС и КНР. Рассмотрена торговля услугами в строительном и транспортном секторе, а также значение КНР как поставщика ПИИ для стран ЕАЭС. Охарактеризованы основные черты развития торгово-инвестиционных связей с учетом реализуемых инвестиционных проектов в рамках инициативы «Один пояс – один путь». Среди основных черт выделены: высокая динамика развития торговли товарами и услугами, в первую очередь в транспортном и строительном секторах; приток китайских инвестиций в экономиках стран ЕАЭС; неравномерность данного роста при опережающих темпах у КНР. Отмечена необходимость совершенствования механизмов взаимодействия между ЕАЭС и КНР для достижения лучшей синергии между проектами инициативы «Один пояс – один путь» и планами развития ЕАЭС.

The article concerns the specifics in the evolution of trade and investment ties between the EAEU and the PRC under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and implementation of its projects. It analyses rates of goods turnover between the EAEU and the PRC growth and goods structure and estimates the construction and transport services trade and the role of the PRC as FDI provider for the EAEU. The article also highlights the key features in the evolution of trade and investment ties, concerning the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative projects. The main features include: high rate of growth of trade in goods and in services, especially in construction and transport services; inflow of the Chinese investments in the EAEU economies; unevenness of such a growth, with the PRC outpacing it. The author underlines the necessity of advancing the cooperation mechanisms between the EAEU and the PRC for better synergy of BRI projects and EAEU development strategies.
